Delete your GD Kites account

In the app

1. Open the GD Kites app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.

Orders that are still in progress must be delivered or cancelled first. Your account is deleted immediately — it cannot be restored.

Without the app

Contact GD Kite Center at our shop at CVVF+JJR, Shiv Shambo Nagar, Gokul Nagar, Kondhwa Budruk, Pune 411046, with the mobile number or Google account you sign in with. We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, phone numbers, business name and Google sign-in link
• Saved addresses and your cart
• Sign-in sessions and push-notification registrations on all devices
• The record of WhatsApp messages we sent you

What is kept

Orders you placed, with their payment records and the delivery details on them, are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires (generally up to 8 years). They are no longer linked to your profile.

Delivery partner and admin accounts are closed by GD Kite Center — please contact us.
